That's wats up, folks jus don't kno wat it was like when it came to rap in Memphis bak then. So many clicks, hoods, blocks, streets, appts, parks and wherever was doin something. And crazy thing is that then everybody was on tapes tryin to make it. Then drama and hard headed folks get caught up in money troubles so they go to another click with 15 cats on same dam tape. Is wat it is an I'm glad to say that it will always be my shit and wish MANY more talented rappers made it.

At the very least underground genres like Phonk seem to help bring classic memphis sound out to more people, even though I'd consider phonk leaning more and more towards mainstream nowadays. Then again, most regular joes I know personally think I'm talking out of my ass when I ask them if they know what phonk is so idk.

ya ur right there are times when they sound alot alike and I know they did have problems cause people sayin who started that sound first ur right but in my opinion they very rarely sound alike they have two totally dif styles but both dope as fuck. my bad at getting back late on this, but yeah iean who the fuck knows foreal, Paul admitting to a lot of shit that supposedly wasn't any beef BTW people they actually beefed with, I love the 6 but Paul never really explains things like when a lot of people got kicked out of hypnotize minds, Paul later on stated they really didn't beef and never gave a story, he kinds of just brushes it off when he gets interviewed all he usually says is ya that's old we had a few problems but were cool now
Love it!
