1 tbsp sugar (20 g)
1 tbsp of dry yeast (5 g)
Milk 200 ml (room temperature)
2 cups flour (300 g)
1 tsp salt (4 g)
2 tbsp olive oil (20 ml)
5-7 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp ghee or butter (40 ml)
1 tbsp cream cheese (30 g)
Cheddar cheese 150 g
Feta cheese 80 g
1 tbsp (3 g) dried basil
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (360 F) for 25 minutes
