I own a 1966 Harley Davidson/Aermacchi M50 Sport. I've had it since I was 15. It needs to be restored. But honestly I'd love to just keep it in my house.

Another cool video!! The first time I ever rode a mini bike was my neighbor’s H-D mini bike! I agree that HD should have a serious look at smaller off road bikes and even a mini bike again!! The thing is that it needs to be affordable and not over engineered! Keep these videos coming such great stuff!!

I would love to have a Harley Davidson mini bike!! That would be badass!! In my opinion, Harley Davidson would do better as a company, if they got back into the lightweight segment again!! I like a Road King, but I also want a lightweight adventure bike too! A mini bike for my son would help insure, that he would be a Harley rider as he gets older!!

Been on HDs for decades. Still kick myself for not picking up these lightweight bikes when I could afford them! A 1967 version (my birth year) has been on my search list for many years now. Of course I'd buy a 175/250 dual sport tomorrow if HD made one today. Oh well, I'm off to ride my Street Glide/ Limited now anyway!

Well, if a 2020 Road King magically appeared before this boy, I'd literally levitate too!

Maybe Harley should do it again, producing smaller bikes, bikes that everyone can afford and ride with, not all expensive high end motorcycles which allow only specific people can be free. Everyone should be free. All for freedom, freedom for all.

@@rb2112 people, who don't ride Harleys, or ever plan to ride Harleys, think ALL Harleys are $30,000.00 plus. Same with the keyboard warriors who don't ride ANY type or brand of motorcycle.

You guys should have never left this business model behind. I'd love a 650cc H-D thumper dual-sport. You focused on one customer far too long.

What about the highly collectable and sought after limited production 1978 Aermacchi HD MX250 Motocross bike? ...Or even the even more collectable 1975 Prototype MX250 Moto crosser with a Rear Disk Brake and Rear Forks for Suspension? ...And where is the 1970 -1974 MSR/SR100 Baja models? ...And the rest of the Italian made Aermacchi/Harley-Davidson Lightweights from 50cc-350cc 2 and 4 stroke Models made from 1961-1978?

Harley should remake the shovelhead and market it towards 20s blue collar workers as the motorcycle that will teach them everything about motorcycles The new bikes dont excite me even nearly as much as my 79 shovelhead fxs

FYI HD! ...The little mini styled Bike is not a Shortster! ...That is a 1973 X90 (90cc) as shown in the film right before you say that! ...The Shortster aka model MC65 (65cc) was a 1972 year only model! ...Although both Bikes were based on the same basic chassis design, the engines were derived from a totally different animal family! ...And also in 1973 (and the following years until you (HD) killed all the Italian made Lightweight off in 1978) You (HD) quit using the catchy little names for all your (HD) lightweight bikes you (HD) used previously! ...They were just called what designated model they were!, ...As example the X90! ...Don't be scared to learn and know a little something about all the lightweight Italian made Aermacchi Bikes you (HD) and your dealer network were ashamed of back in those days and most still are as it was part of your (HD) history!

as a Harley owner, I see the current demographic that Harley Davidson markets and caters to as dying everyday.. millennials see Harleys as “Boomer Machines” and have no emotional connection to the current brand. Make cheaper and smaller bikes, definitely start marketing to the youth and maybe set up financial loans geared towards younger riders.. Harley needs to find a way to connect to the youth to get more “committed riders and owners.”

Herold Motors Berlin, did Harley Davidson file for bankruptcy protection? When? I must have missed something.
