Toshiro is the strongest ice user, in my opinion. I mean, Toshiro's True Zanpakto can literally flash freeze an opponent's hax and abilities, literally neglects their powers. Toshiro was literally flash freezing Sternitter Gerald, whose power is Miracle and Probability Manipulation.

@@2004bby it's not like kashimo doesn't know h2h or anything. Kashimo also has a passive that eradicates anything that comes close to him so laxus will be taking dmg from his attacks as well as going h2h. Kashimo should also be faster than as well since he is as fast as light.
