Woow thats a lot of weight . I want to build a10m truss that is only supported in one side and can carry 100kg in the other side. You knwo if that's realistic or doable?

Best to consult a structual engineer about something like that. We specialise in aluminum lighting truss.
do you think one can build a 30m iron truss on which 500 kg weight trolley can move? Is it possible? What should be dimensions?

In this safety test we rigged a 15metre span using 5 x 3m Titan AV 400mm 5 Chord Truss
1/100 pfffft, amatures! we do 1/750 in my neck of the woods
