اي كيورينج مود راح يعطي تماثر جيد المود ليس مهم المهم هو الطول الموجي wavelengthو توافقه مع محفزات التماثر photoinitiators في الكمبوزيت شكرا على الفيديوهات المفيدة

Hello! Can you tell me why you would have a pulsing curing mode? thanks!

The rationale of the pulsing and ramp curing modes are similar. The rationale is to: 1. Slow the rate of cure. 2. Extend the viscoelastic phase. 3. Decrease the polymerization shrinkage stresses. 4. Less stress buildup at the bonded interface.

@@drafnanoalzain amazing reply thank you! Do you know why you would use pulsing over ramping or is it personal preference?

@@ilovethepulp they are just different methods that were developed. So yes, it is a personal preference. And actually, according to a study they found that there was no significant difference clinically between the soft start curing modes and the continuous mode. So basically it does not make a clinical difference what mode you use. Except the short cure mode (the very short curing time mode such as 3 sec). According to studies the short curing modes generate a lot of stresses within the restoration or at the interface and negatively affects polymerization efficiency and restoration properties. Because there is very short time for the stresses to be released, and can cause entrapment of the unreacted monomers and free radicals within the restoration affecting its properties. So the very short curing modes are opposite to the soft start mode.
