I don't lift heavy enough to need grip straps 😢

That's okay, we all start somewhere & not everyone likes to use straps!
At what point are lifting straps needed? Wouldn't it mean you need more forearm/grip strength training then. Like not working calves on leg day?

Totally personal preference but they can help people life heavier, longer, & reduce grip fatigue. They should not be used for warm up or lighter sets since you still want to maintain good grip strength.

Just ordered them because when I do full stack on lat pull downs I feel it all in my forearms

You don't need lifting straps...
What if I lost one of them? It becomes useless. No need to use this. Train for stronger hands!
