Hello. I want to know what the problem was before changing the liftgate latch? To find out if it's the same thing that happens to me.. the problem in my Town and Country started this morning after having the tailgate open for a long time and when I tried to close it with the key button, it didn't respond .. and when I try to close it manually it doesn't lock it either when it reaches its closing point. Will it be the same?

The problem my van had was that the lights would not turn off inside the van even though the liftgate was closed.

What's the replacement part number?

Now can you cone do mine.

This is the exact problem I have, but this video is poor quality and didn't help

Good video but the way you are installing the end of that cable is wrong and hurts my soul. Also this did not fix my problem with mine unfortunately +((
