I have a question about flexerobics. I am just about to learn that. In the first clip in series 1 you say that there are 3 different series, but i only find 2 playlists. Is the 3 series on your website? And i can't find any clip about exercising middle/lower back. An finally I really wan't to thank you for your great channel!

Hi Love, just remember to follow the whole program as mentioned in the very first part of the video. You cannot just do one exercise otherwise you will cause more sagging and wrinkles. ❤

Hi Peta. Can you please go through a protocol of facial massage alongside facial exercises? Confusion is does the massage counteract the exercise? Which do you do first on s daily basis?

Hi Sarah, you do the exercises 5 consecutive days a week. If you do not use any other devices for the face, you can do a massage 2-3 times a week, and choose any of them to do.

@@facerobics But when I do a massage is it right before the exercise to loosen muscles and move lymph? Does it matter at all how close the massage is to the exercises?
How long do I have to do face yoga to see results?

I don't have saggy cheeks however my face is round and i would like to have those cheek bones. Shall I try this?

I am unsure what you mean. To help sculpt your face you will need to follow the instructions of the program. No cream will do this for your face unfortunately.

Hello! I’m using a seperate account - unfortunately couldn’t get into my actual one • I’m a 20 year old male, from Australia who has been on and off of facial exercises since a young age. - I’ve lacked a correct routine, I’m seeking to get in touch one on one with you - wether you do one on one videos (paid of course) I’m consistent and disciplined when given a routine and would be amazing to see with your help the progression over a long period of time. I’m wanting to incorporate proper form - techniques for “drooping eye lid” which I have noticed in one of my eyes Of course the entire face/head and neck needs equal amount of attention. I would love to hear back from you! Thank you

Hello Deklan, thank you for your request however you are too young to start facerobics. I would suggest you try face yoga for the moment because it is not as strong as facerobics and will ease you into the exercises. Also, your face is still changing. The best time to start facerobics is around 30
Can you make a video about "decreasing the length of middle face"?🙏

Hi Lolita, you cannot "decrease or increase" the length of your face. It is what it is. However the facerobics exercises will adjust to the natural shape of your skeletal features and give a younger look

Hi Moya, if you follow the whole program you will over time reduce wrinkles and sagging. I mentioned this in the first 30 seconds of the video on how to follow the program. Possibly go back and have a look see ❤
