Anyone ever had an issue with compressing the hoop? Mine won’t compress when installed in section 3

Replacement parts are available and can be ordered through our Customer Service Department. Our Customer Service Team can be reached at 800-225-3865 opt. 1 or by email at customercare@lifetime.com. Customer Service hours are Monday-Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm (MT).

Our rims are not designed to hang on but you can dunk on them.
I think mine is older...How can I get spacers, bots and nuts and parts? Also here is a pic of mine if there are directions you know of for my year? here is my pics.. drive.google.com/drive/folders/1WR2k_nNpSHxcJv11Xjxjxay7QS8_uR9G?usp=sharing. This is of another one that is set up in another city

Reach out to our customer service team. They have all older manual and parts available to order. Keep in mind that if you do have an older mammoth, some parts will be obsolete, but our team will do their best to find parts that could work for your system.
