It's actually easy. If you know 90 degrees, 45 is half, and you do it around that. Doesn't have to be perfect

Explodingmind 345 , look at 0:34. Just put the brush head on the bracket then tilt it half way up or down (depending on where your brushing)

Flossing with braces is long and tedious

Why is everyone acting like it’s so hard. I love how having braces have taught me proper oral hygiene. I floss everyday since my instillation with traditional floss (most effective, as it gets under the gum and around the base of tooth)

I had my braces yesterday and it doesn’t really hurt like the way people were saying. I only feel numbness but little pain. Of course I can’t chew anything. 😅

I just got braces and I’m honestly scared ,, this looks so hard and the comments as well. But what I’m really scared about is me putting back the rubber bands that I have to use for like a week or so. I know they will snap when I try ☠️

This is my first time I've had ever did it. It took me a full 35 to 40 minutes. IT LOOKED SIMPLE IT, IT WAS NOT THAT SIMPLE. Hopefully other people have more luck then i did

Its not easy...the proxa brush is shown incorrectly...the right use is from gums to cross side... meaning uper jaw from top to bottom

I got my braces about a month ago and I’ve been trying my best to keep my teeth super clean- but I just know that I’m going to have to get some deep cleaning once I get my braces off

I got my braces four days ago and the pressure on the teeth is real!! Brushing my teeth is my biggest complaint but getting by just fine and also, the dentist said he will put on braces on the top teeth only cause the bottom ones need teeth(two) extractions before putting braces on. I hope I take it off soon.
