notice he never mentions the kind of drills he was doing this is a testament to the fact your drills should be hard and challenging don't just go through the motions when practicing basketball drills cause then u waste time like this guy

@@NubIsLaughing things like stationary ball handling mikan drills and form shooting all drill that are good for beginners but if you a decent basketball player stop pushing u to the edge of your ability look up coach ross and bobby white good drills to further understand what i mean a lot of player go through the motions in drills and claim they "worked hard" but they don't ask themselves what are these drills actually making me better at
