Exactly. He has the innocence, imagination, and emotional resilience needed to survive something terrible & come out stronger for it. In this play, imagination is actually his greatest asset.

Theater has a such transformative power, more than books or even film. I think that makes the play adaptation the most powerful iteration of "The Life of Pi" yet!

We ended up exchanging this model for the slimmer version kzread.infoUgkx0jZ_lGlDVJhDnmagEU8gn47cmfPNlLQU because it was too wide for the only door trim area that made sense to mount it on. However, we should have just noted the dimensions prior to purchasing. Otherwise, we love the doorbell. It works perfectly, and the video is very clear, even at night.

Me too. I was in tears with the beauty of the shipwreck scene. The contrast between the aggressive trotting of the animals on the boat and the lightness with which they were handled to look as though they were floating underwater made me cry at such ingenuity. They created magnificent effects without any water used, and hardly any water-like lighting effect! Just a few blue shades, human props, and superb actors and puppeteers with unbelievable core strength and talent. I thought I had died and gone to heaven! Inebriated without a drink!
