Frito's biggest problem is hiring Joe Blow off the street without a proven track record of putting in that "Frito" kind of work from dudes without any common sense ordering humongous loads the week after Super Bowl, to dudes struggling to put Hot Fries on a clip strip, to dudes complain about having too much product despite the empty shelves in front of them instead of giving a dude with 5+ years of time with the company a chance to move up.

You told no lies. I like to start my route at midnight. To all of you that read this comment. If you don't like to be an extra person available in your work days once you finish training and complete your RSA certification. This job isnt for you. Sometimes you'll have to wake up in the morning, get dressed and call your operations manager to find out what you'll be doing for the day.

@@Scott-got-caught yeah orientation just basic welcome on. You learn about the job, pay system, and work phones. They also have half a day dedicated to safety. I also did 2 hours of driving with a trainer but not every location does that they wanted my class work ready before we got sent to our trainers! After the 4 day orientation ( in which they feed you lunch and snacks every day) I went on to do my first on the job shadow! The first day you’re basically watching him work also try and help him once you understand the job. Then you should be off Saturday at this point. Next week you follow your trainers schedule, weather that be Sunday Monday off or Friday Saturday. Then it’s just getting to it learning the stores and how to get checked in. Frito lay is the most welcoming company I’ve worked for but they do have flaws. The pay system is too confusing and in my opinion it’s not all it’s cracked to be I made more at the post office. I’m still averaging $800 a week. But that’s with no money going to my retirement. Some stores can be stressful if you’re not trained properly so make sure you pay attention.
