I was recalling Carl Sagan,for his note on pale blue dot,when you were saying "every" repeatedly in your first point. Your version is as practical philosophy as his famous narration is. Thank you,it's very true.🎉

I was skinny at 19-18. Started gaining weight in my 20s, tough life
I will be in my 30s soon and my life lessons would be pretty much the same u have mentionned. These things can't be learnt at once. they need to be practiced.
