Not trying to defend this since the art isn't real. But with flip books, you can only have so many pages before the book becomes too thick to where the pages cannot flip properly. I've seen a couple of videos show casing other flip book animations where the artist has the frames separated in different books so it's thin enough to flip though properly. Even in this video, you can see that the paper edges change colors and patterns depending on the pages. Sorry, just a little fyi :)

Like if you're going for realism, you could take the few minutes to record enough of dynamism in a sound wave that it's loop is not detectable. This is neither. This is AI. This guy probably just put in what he wanted the video to look like into an AI like "flipbook of a girl's life" And then the AI probably would've made it in about 60 seconds.
