In the mountains, every day is a challenge that fuels personal growth and evolution. From cultivating our own food to crafting tools and clothing, we become true masters of self-sufficiency. In this talk Maria reveals how by embracing the rhythm of nature and eating seasonally, we can forge connections with local producers, foster resilient communities, and shrink our environmental footprint. Living in nature is a simple yet profound choice that allows us to reconnect with our roots and embrace a more sustainable and fulfilling way of life.

Two years ago she participated in the Master Chef Bulgaria competition. Thanks to her always perceiving the beauty of nature to participate in the food she cooked - she managed to come out the winner and since then her life turned upside down but hasn’t moved from her dream to create and live in the mountains.
