Yes, it will be converted to an officer. You just have to appear for an exam at the end, in which mostly everyone passes

You have to understand. Being an employee, there are certain restrictions on the PSU employees. All of these can't be discussed in public like this. Still we tried to cover most of it in the best possible way.

Ok but then what was the point of the of interview ? There are restriction on a lot of other govt jobs and Psu like SBI , but the once who really wana help others reveal at their own risk.
