For Beipiaosaurus, crocs are faster, but you are way more maneuverable. Make use of sharp turns and the logs underwater to escape. Be unpredictable. Usually, they end up leaving you alone because you're not even worth killing since you're so small. Some of my favourite moments playing have been outrunning crocs.

Actually Bepiaosaurus CAN eat fish as a juvies, it just doesn't show up on the character screen/diet list.

I have never seen a beipi at East Plains, lol. It's fun watching you play since you don't know what the norm is; you just do your own thing.

U can dig up crabs by sticking your claws into the bottom of the river with rmb and start sniffing to find them

So when a croc sticks his head up like that while calling, thats friendly calling. Press 2 to friendly call. For the beepiosaurus (how you pronounce it 😉) if you sniff underwater, youll see bubbles you can swim to, dig, and release crabs into the water you then can catch and eat.

2:48 Ah, my favorite bug, zombies. If you look closely you can see it's tail moving, it is very rare at least in my experience but sometimes cropses get stuck in the idle animation as if they are alive.

@@SuperGalfrieg12 There is a video where someone kills a sub adult Dilo as an Omni but gets envenomated in the process, starts tearing into the dilo's corpse while still envenomated and then a hallucination spawns outside of the field of view and makes the sound of a stick breaking before the player turns around and sees the hallucination but the hallucination is also a mutilated corpse. The zombie hallucination makes a call before getting attacked and disappearing, it was both the coolest and the creepiest thing I have ever seen in The Isle and I REALLY hope it's a feature instead of a bug because getting attacked by the mutilated corpse of something you just killed is peak horror. The video is from a channel called "DBrex08" btw, I reccomend you check it out.

@@GoBile0 It does, also apparently if you kill a dilo after getting envenomated by it and take it's organs out before the venom wears off, the hallucinations that spawn afterwards might look like zombies aswell. I saw it on a video a few days ago it was really cool !

Literally my favorite dino in The Isle. Nobody plays him in the new map because the map isn't suited for his play style.

You can eat fish. Works with all juvies if you know what their diet is, you can eat it even though it only shows mushrooms on the list.

By the way when your stam is above %60 it can still regen while you walk, if it's kinda lower than %60 you can press Z to walk slowly while you regen, if it's even lower you might need to just stand and at some point you can't regen without sitting down.

For beipi I believe swimming on the water might count as a trot or a walk, I'm not sure. But you have to be at the surface, paddling like a duck.

@@pokemon05100 For both Deino and Beipi swimming on the surface (without holding shift, obviously) counts as trot, for deino iirc swimming under water counts as trot aswell.

In East pond, turn on night vision during the day and you are able to see water more

At first I thought that croc was me, because I've had a very similar interaction with a Beipi in that area, but then you said their name was Bob. :( As for him putting the fish on land, it's to let them rot. Once they're rotten they give crocs dot-diet. :)
