Excellent insight from Xander here - especially for those such as myself who are aiming to get into scouting.

Great interview. Xander's story really resonated with me as I too fell out of love with the game for a long while before my passion for it was reignited. I'm now scouting and coaching myself and looking to make a career of it. Definitely a lot to be taken from Xander here in that regard. Thanks both for the great content!
