Well, I'm not surprised that video was such a hit. KZread LOVES recommending that one to me (even though it's irrelevant to my life, and I've already watched it). I've never been on hormonal birth control (and I see no reason to start at this time; my birth control method is basically as fool-proof as it can be though there was ONE time it didn't quite work...). I definitely deal with PMS mood swings, and the first day or two of my period can be brutal, though. So even though I don't relate to the experience of coming off Birth control, you sharing your journey has helped me learn more about my own body. I tried the Flo Living Cycle syncing supplements. Unfortunately, I didn't notice any positive changes from them- and I went from having a fairly regular (every 28 days like clockwork) period to dealing with some slight irregularities where some months my period doesn't show until nearly a week after it's supposed to. Those irregularities haven't entirely gone away since I stopped taking the supplements, and fortunately for my budget, I haven't noticed any other difference since I stopped taking them. I take the Harmoni gummies religiously. I'm not sure they're actually helping, but they taste good, and I'm afraid to see what happens if I stop them. And even though I don't intentionally follow any of the dietary suggestions from the cycle syncing books, I think just eating an overall healthy/balanced diet and exercising regularly has made a difference. While some of my physical period symptoms are still an issue, I feel like I'm slightly less of a horrible person around my period. 🫀 🤣

Hormonal birth control literally saves my life. I've been hospitalized more than once for my periods. My natural cycle is about 8 weeks long and when I first went on birth control I had a whole slew of tests to make sure I didn't have cancer or something. I think people should have the info to make educated choices for themselves. So often it's you have period issues, take birth control and no other options are really presented. I also wonder if any of her recommendations could help someone on birth control because honestly everything's related in our bodies.

Also for inositol you need the 40:1 myo to d chiro ratio. I use ovasitol and it helps a lot with PCOS symptoms and insulin resistance and such, not just fertility. I love now supplements too but there's so few studies on inositol and a lot of inositol supplements are only myo which is basically just fiber. My obgyn (the best one in the whole world lol) fully supports my d vitamin and b vitamin from now but she explained all that about inositol to me so I do go with the fancy pants one lol

Blah blah blah? They’re filler words like “yada yada yada” or “ etc. etc.”
