just go to to where the clown puppet is waiting for you then just run past hin and go right , you will find a stargazer . Same where this video has started

@@hercules5843 this NICE FREINDLY PUPPET pursued me inside the opera house, I had to run past and around the spiderlady for him to f off so I could repair the stargazer. I started to think KZread lied and I won't be rid of him.

This is the hardest boss in the game up until now. And it’s a fucking mini boss.

Another tip that the game foesnt make obvious is electric for puppets, acid for humans and fire for undead(blue blood)

The game makes that very apparent lol

People need to understand the block animation is quite long so it might seem like the character blocks through out but its all 1 tap for each perfect block.

@@TmoTheOneNah, the regular shield parry in DS1, DS2 and DS3 were much much harder than LoP.

Not ashamed one damned bit to admit that i just fully cheesed this fight by throwing all my fire, electricity and cluster bombs at him. After that he had just 20 % health left and i managed 😂.

This is impressive. Idk how you get those perfect parry’s down every single time. Insane.

If he is high enough on the quartz board you can unlock auto parry which automatically parries every attack.. I think it unlocks at ng+1 or 2

@@newerahopefamily3837 tier 3 is as far as you can be at this point AFAIR. In NG++ you unlock tier 7 has a perk that you can block a red attack, there's no auto parry unless there's a tier 8?

​@tryharderpls yeah, id assume so if it weren't him specifically. He's famous in the destiny community for pulling off feats deemed near impossible. So im inclined to belive it's legit.

I had no idea there was a stargazer behind him lol he just always ran to me near the flaming cart. I managed to beat him much more easily than the other bosses up to this point i finally understood how the game works. Love its design tho and the spin attack where it slows down is so beautifully animated.

Some tips for this guy. After his spinning attack, when he throws a punch, dodge left and he'll be open for attacks. Either use charged heavy or unleash your fable art. Same thing with his belly attack. You can also abuse his long range unblockable attack, anticipate it and dodge, then he'll take awhile to recover.

Dude, not gonna lie (pun intended) this was the first time I flirted with quitting the game. He would kick my ass so hard and I couldn't even lower his health to half the bar. Three or four hours suffering, and then I saw your video and it was inspiring. Grew a pair and tried (and actually managed) to parry as much as possible (even two or three PF during the punches carrousel), plus punishing the long pause after red attack, and boom. Four or five attempts later... the relief. Thanks a lot, man!

People commenting calling the dude for cheating because they don't really use their brains much. Not taking away from his skill in this or any other videos, but did it cross any of y'alls minds that this is a video, and you never know how many times he may have missed a perfect block and had to start it all over? Everyone is acting like it's somehow impossible to learn the timing of these bosses. The timings don't change from one attempt to the next.

Additional tip: When he does his long range attack, don't try to perfect guard it. If you dodge it instead (it's a fury attack so you can't use eyeframes, meaning you have to dodge a tiny bit before he launches it) he will be left open for a long amount of time. When I fought him, I could get in 3 hits every time. So, you dodge it, and then sprint up to him immediately, get 3 hits, and then dodge his next attack. The only thing you have to be careful of when doing this is that if his attack hits an object behind you, it will ricochet back to him and he will be open for less time.

For anyone struggling. get the bonfire behind him to start so you dont have the long run fight back every time. then lure him up to the bonfire, and use the benches with the shrubs on them as a barrier to block him from getting to you, and use your legion torch to easily take 1/4 of his hp away without him being able to touch you. then just bait out his jumping slam attack, the 3 or 4 hit combo, and when he lands, heavy attack, run and repeat. this fight was so lame and boring. as a motivity ark sword build, even when you break enemies posture, its so damn hard to be able to charge a heavy attack and land it before they interrupt you.

me and the clown circled a flower bed i just hit hime when he go close to the corners and i hid behind the garden bed again. its not cheating, its in the game. he did too much damage (like half per hit) and the 5 hit combos were brutal even for blocking. and he barely lets a hit in.

How can I do perfect block on every attack. It's impossible. Only in controller? In keyboard is impossible.

Hadn't learned how to perfect guard or parry until this boss 😂

I beat him on my 4th attempt All I did was perfect parry all of his attacks ! Then once he was staggered I went in for the fatal strike I did that until he died . Side Note: be really patient he might look like he’s slow but he can close the distance fast and kill you .

I'm slowly getting better at this boss but still getting whooped. Very nice takedown of this tough mofo. @Esoterickk With regards to the perfect parry, some advice i've read is to hold it slightly longer compared to Sekiro. Have you found this works better or is your block input the same speed as in Sekiro?

Hadn't struggled with any of the bosses or minor bosses at all then this comes along after two flame throwers to antagonise the life force outta me.

@@izmonkey1788 No I just kept dying on the same spot lmao, but now I got him pretty easily, just run pas him and get the stargazer after the stairs then teleport to it, and then you can 1v1 him and use the fountain at your advantage, good luck!

@@Esoterickk After watching you do this I realized you could parry each individual hit in the spin, and I have to say its extremely satisfying to parry all of this guy's moves. By the time I beat him I didn't take damage or dodge once, just parried everything, one of the best feelings in the whole game!

This game looks alot more fun if you have streamer level reaction times...for normal people well, I've never seen that many Pguards in one fight

This boss is so creepy. You can pull his aggro to the stairs and safe spot him near the lady with the black dress as well.

I guess you’ve been told that by now , but when you parry consecutive attacks the guard animation stays and it stops about a second after the last parried attack

I skipped it but i was eager to learn how to kill him lmao, took me soooo many tries but i learned his attacks and defeated him but nobody told me there´s another one later on who´s more annoying and u also have to fight him in a small area 😭😭😭

This is a very well made game, but there's something deeply wrong with "parrying" in this game. And there's also something deeply wrong about the attack animations of enemies. I've played Sekiro with no charm + demon bell, and I never ever felt this way about parrying and enemy attack animations.

You must hold block button when parrying rather than just tap it, it will make "parry" frame more lomger little bit (not much as sekiro). Also its perfect block not parrying btw. The name is different, Also the mechanics

If you hold guard, you can release it and press it again quickly to attempt a perfect guard.

are you saying you are blocking EVERY hit of his perfectly? like even with insane reaction, you have to have a timer with 0.05 sec triggers installed in your head lol. also which controller do you use? on xbox L1/R1 buttons are so janky it would be an achievement to get two perfectly timed parries in a row. also, in the game there is a short animation each time I tap block and release it to tap again, and the clown is faster than this. and what about cooldown of the perfect block attempt. if I try tapping it, high chance I actually get hit when not blocking as the timings are insane. your animation only shows that you hold guard consistently but yet take no damage. so - HOW???

Block earlier and hold it, theres a decently long block animation in this game so its hard to get the timing right if you're just tapping it. Even if you don't manage to perfect block it then at least you will be holding block and take chip damage, and be able to try a perfect block on the next swing. It's all a game of timing and preempting each attack by a short margin. Once you throw yourself at him like 15 times you will learn the timing of his spin attack, the last two are a bit slower than the rest.

i think the problem is the game and not your setup. the perfect block timing is a little before the weapon hits, also the timing is a little unforgiving. once your a third of a second off, the block timing is gone for successive blocks. once i had the timing with all the delays in the fight i needed nothing else than my weapon. all the funny little gadgets not needed. you really need to be perfect with the timing in all the combos for me the most annoying thing was that the red charged attack has different timings when your in close combat compared to the distance shot and in the former he will strike immediately afterward, yet the belly punch had the same timing no matter how far the distance. complete utter nonsense !

how can you block and not take damage? - even when I perfect block some attacks that are in succession I take a lot of damage

I’ve tested it, I waited until he starts to spin, I pressed shift once and only once and it was reflecting all hits but I lost at least 10% of my hp bar

@Esoterickk Well I suck at perfect guard and kill all bosses spamming throwable items and using specters. But still this looks too perfect. Parry in this game doesn't works like in Sekiro so spamming block won't help. Yet I see you blocking whole time and still getting perfect parry on every boss hit.

You're never going to get good at this game till you work on your parry timing. Just spamming throwables won't help you in the long run. Just keep learning the enemy attack patterns. Sure you'll die but at least you'll learn and get better.

skills of modern devs, hands go into wall. no wonder they cant do collision detection properly. and bullets cant go into gaps in crate like destiny 2, or some magic invisible wall blocks bullet path. honestly gfx, models in this game are pathetic like made 10 year ago
