I found Aldi useful for my gardening supplies too

Trolleys. The older you get the more challenging it is to the arms to pull heavy loads. I have a larger capacity one and smaller but only use larger one. Tomato plants like a lot of room for the roots.

Keep the yogurt tubs as they can be used for growing on seedlings. Just make holes in the bottom and you've recycled and save money too.

Re tomato plants ..toms are long rooted you need tall pots ..commonly called long toms in the garden centres ..

Imo, have just googled if slugs/snails eat tomato plants, yep! They do!! So you are right to get that copper stuff.

Good morning Imo hope you dont this suggestion when you do a home shop you can tick if you want them to send you different things if they don't have what you ordered plus my husband says you may need canes to support your tomatoes he also says you can get tomatoe grow bags for out side but its best not to do that until mid May as I said sorry for the suggestions love your channel ❤

Oh thank you for the tips. Do you know, those home delivery soya milks weren’t even substitutions- the packaging of the sweetened was so similar, I think the packer just got them mixed up. 😂 thanks again for the tips. X

I have two trolleys , so I do a fortnightly to monthly shop , I always wonder when my trolleys will die .. the road to mine is too narrow for the bus to get me home , so he drops me at the road end .. it’s only a mile ..but the first bit is up hill and I find that bit quiet hard especially in the winter , with the snow , ice and wind !But. after the first 1/4 mile it’s flat and then down hill ..

Those tortillas are super easy and cheap to make yourself

The normal tofu is near the sandwiches and lunch food in my store

I also found olive oil prices have gone up quite a lot

Tempeh is actually pronounced “temp-ay”. I don’t love it personally - I find it very mushroom-y, but that should be a plus for you
