Hi. I'd love to see how you prep and store your veg please. I go mad every week because every I buy a bag of spuds and they point last a few days before they start sprouting and then i have up chuck them away. I take them out of the packaging and put them in a hessian bag in a huge cupboard in a spare room. It makes me mad and my fella is fed up of listening to me moaning about potatoes 😂 xx

Potatoes are great to store. If they grow eyes you can plant them. I hope you have a great Easter. Don’t forget you can use blackberries to dye icing, buttercream.

The iceberg lettuce can be used with tacos/Mexican inspired dishes. The dill is great for salad dressing.

Cut those iceberg into wedges and sear in a frying pan, add garlic, a dash of soy sauce, ginger and oyster sauce, and chilli if you want, serve as a hot vegetable dish with a Chinese vibe.

Hi hannah, thanks for another amazing haul. Also i know that people use sand and or fresh soil to store, carrots and potatoes in a box in a dark place and they last months. Would love to see how you prep and store all the vegetables. I hope nathan is feeling a little better today!

So I wanted to share a fun salad that kid's and the whole family would love..it's a taco salad, cook some mince with taco seasoning and make sure to drain off the fatty liquid, get a can of black beans and drain it,drained pinto beans, 2 cups of frozen sweetcorn, slice up those red peppers you got,chopped tomatoes,chopped avocado, chopped salad but lettuce is a must and a cup of grated cheddar cheese...and then get a bag of your family's favourite tortilla chips. ...when ready to eat just mix all the ingredients and top with with the tortilla chips to use as a scoop and also to prevent going soggy. I think all the family would enjoy that especially the kids😊.

*coriander definitely makes it authentic but that's something you and hubby can add to your plates as most kids don't like it.

You can use iceberg lettuce leaves as a vessel for like a meat based mince and cheese mixture, like for a taco or bolognaise that might get the kids to eat salad? thats about the only idea I have,
