It gave me shivers to see her touch the name of Shannon Estill. He was from Cedar Rapids, Iowa, not far from where I grew up. He was shot down in WW2 in Germany. His remains were identified a few years ago and his family was able to bury him with the honor he deserved. Thank you, Emma, for bringing his name up again. You have a deep, searching soul. ❤

Obviously, it adds an entire dimension when Andre Rieu and the Johann Strauss Orchestra are backing an artist. The story that was told by Andre of the struggles this young artist has had to endure throughout her life certainly added to the already powerful impression Emma's performance left on the audience. She owned that performance like a total boss from start to finish, not a single misstep. So much control and strength and emotion. She is fearless. It was a huge treat in itself to witness the class and respect and humility she exhibited throughout her entrance and exit. Every second of the video was filled with fantastic little 'feel good' treats tossed to the audience all along the way. It should also be noted how good the production and camera work was on the video that allowed us to capture the full essence of the performance. It's rare when all the stars align in such a perfect way. Bravo to all involved. Emma, the world is definitely listening to you now. And praying for your good health and continued success.
