Keep in mind, the crime being alleged is using personal money and not campaign money.

@@NICKPORTER8855 The documents are meaningless. The whole case revolves around Trump's thought process. He must have falsified the documents with the sole intent of influencing the election. If any of it also included protecting his image as a celebrity or protecting Melania, then the charges are null. Unless someone could read his mind (which they can't) or if they have him explicitly stating he solely intends to influence the election (which they don't) then there is no case at all. This is besides the fact that Trump didn't even create the entry that the are talking about. Given both of those, they still never said what the correct entry should have been. Most pundits actually said that paying money to your lawyer can reasonably be listed as a legal expense. This entire case should never have been brought and is a complete joke.
