nope. Conservative Muslims stand by what they believe in regardless. You cannot sway their opinions nor can you have a simple conversation about differing views. That's MY experience being born Muslim and no longer identifying with Islam in my community. The majority of conservative Muslims believe they are one hundred percent correct in every idea that they have been taught and even discussing different ideas/views is regarded as sinful. Not much of a discussion would ever happen (in my opinion).

If someone was practicing homosexuality prior to becoming Christian they should not be excluded either. But no one can claim to be a Christian and also practice homosexuality. If you base your faith entirely on politics, then it seems like you're believing in God for the wrong reasons. There's actually a verse that may support this. *Mark 12:17* "Jesus said to them, “Render to Caesar the things that are Caesar’s, and to God the things that are God’s.” And they marveled at him." You may advocate whatever political beliefs that you want to, as long as your faith in God does not become intertwined with these things. Your spiritual faith should not be placed in people or material things, only in God. And if anything, I feel that being politically unbiased whilst supporting aspects of both sides is more Christ-like then just being one or the other. Both sides hold biblical values just as they both hold values that are unbiblical. Frankly, I don't think either political side is the "biblical" one. They're both just political ideologies that conflict one other in a myriad of ways.
