One of Lavars few missteps was taking Gelo out of UCLA. He messed up and he could’ve benefited from the exposure on that level. I know you think it was excessive but when you make mistakes , especially with the amount of public exposure the mistake had sometimes you gotta ride it out . Gelo’s career could’ve been totally different with 2-4 years killing it in the NCAA
