Li Hing Mui Powder Recipe

    Nice. I like sweet and spicy but i never tried mixing spice on my lihing pineapple. Do you have any advice on which brand of spice i should use on my lihing pineapple, maybe tobasco or maybe something local, you know?

    I recently got into this Li Hing Mui because my friend brought me Li Hing Lychee belts, I forgot that first brand I tasted but it was sweet. The second time I tried Li Hing lychee belts was made by Asia Trans, but it had an off taste to it, I guess it was more concentrated with Lihing powder? It just didn't taste the same but the taste grew on me. Which brand do you feel is favored most and can be put on fruits and sour belts? thanks!

    M Fab I usually like enjoy brand. There are tons of different brands. I honestly mostly look at the granularity of it. I like it as fine as possible. When it’s not super fine it kind of crutches and tastes horrible. I live in the mainland now but I miss lychee the fruit. The def don’t have it anywhere here.

    Hey Amanda, you know I am going to be trying Li Hing Mui with a bunch of other different fruits and stuff. Because I only did it with pineapple I never really tried it with anything else.

    The granularity is going to depend on which li hing mui powder you get. Tons of different mixes out there. I think in general I try to stick to the big brands like enjoy and tomoe just because I know they're consistent. But if it's just going to be me eating it I'm not super duper picky.
