I highly suggest The School for Good and Evil series. The first book isn’t really that gay but the second book and the 6th book are so gay that it is hard to comprehend. It is also enemies to lovers with a morally grey female main character

If you like Heartstopper, you might enjoy Check, Please by Ngozi Ukazu. It's a graphic novel too, and it's about a freshman in college who joins the hockey team and him growing as a character with some romance involved. It's so good and cute, and me describing it probably won't do it justice.

My fav lgbtq+ book is the song of achilles😭 that book just ruined me. OH and Casey McQuiston's new book also came out (not an intentional pun :')) recently!! It's called the last stop, I believe. Anyway, thank you for the list of books!!

Also just a heads up, I think Aiden Thomas uses they/them pronouns. I’m not completely sure but in the about the author section on cemetery boys it refers to them using they/them pronouns.

Two weeks ago, I went on this zoom call event with Holly Jackson and a few other authors (Leena Norms hosted it!!) and we got the first two chapters of As Good As Dead and I can tell you now, it's AMAZING. Like it's even better than the others!! Cant wait to read it

I honestly only own ''will grayson will grayson'' ''hold me closer'' and tje first volume of ''heartstopper'' as queer books But I put the guilt on my bookstore since they don't sell that many and most of them a very expensive

They're currently filming it so I don't think it's got a release date yet. If you follow Alice Oseman on instagram she updates everyone on it

Just Girls by Rachel Gold was a really engrossing read. It's super intense in some places, but it feels very real. It points out bigotry in feminism and in the gsm community, which is a very real thing, but it also shows ways of dealing with those both personally and more broadly. It's hard for me to say it's an enjoyable read, like I said it does get very intense and uncomfortable in some places, but I am happy I read it. Edited out accidental spoilers.
