Thank you. It says “Black Stainless Steel” is the color name but it actually looks dark gray.

The model WM4370HKA is supposed to be a 4.5 capacity?? You have it as a 5.2 capacity? I thought the 5.2 capacity washers came with a 9 cubic ft dryer? You have a 7.4 with your 5.2? confusing

After having the LG washer and dryer set for a year is their any issues with them and if so how was it solved, would you have chosen the same set or another brand and if so which brand and why.

so far no complaints. Sometimes when there is heavy load of towels, the washer can slightly move. But, using the normal cycle is normally done without any issue. Overall, I am very satisfied with this set.

I ordered the LG washer/dryer set from Costco on May 15. It has not arrived. I am going to address this tomorrow. I was given 3 options for pedestals. option 1 is storage pedestals option 2 is washer pedestal but no mention of the dryer pedestal being included? What do I do?

It is depends on your lifestyle. I got both pedestals for the storage and it works for my needs.

WM4370HKA is a 4.5 CuFt washer.

i believe this is the 4.5, the 5.2 has a more protruding door. explains the aluminum dryer drum with this set. on the 5.2, its matched dryer has the stainless steel drum. its worth menchining there is (2x) 5.2 models. one looks similar to this, the other has the control panel in the door itself and is much differnet looking.

For front load washers , they sense the load so there’s no fixed time for normal load or any load with sensing on it , but on top load washers , they have a fixed time for load even though there’s also sensing included so it would also change time too but for top load if it has normal load , then it would stay the same and move to add garments.

I bought a front load LG washer 2 years ago. The motor broke. I have a 10 year warranty. LG sent the motor but no drum. We called them again. Then they sent a broken drum. We called again. They sent a second broken drum. Then a third time. Another broken drum. We have been doing laundry at the laundromat for almost 2 months now. They said the 4th drum would absolutely be delivered today. Nope. The level of incompetence at this company surpasses anything I have encountered. Do NOT buy LG products! Update 02/27/2023 The 4th drum did arrive today…..Broken 😡
