@@LGUSASupport I had already figured out it is most likely the drain pump. That seems to be an issue for some owners. I’ve ordered one and will install it when it arrives. My unit was bought in the late Fall of 2019, it isn’t old. I expect parts to last longer than a few years, especially doing 1-2 small loads per week. No reason for it to wear out so fast.

The drain pumps are notorious for going bad quite often in these units. I bought my washer dryer unit in late 2020 and have already changed the pump out 3 times.

Yup, I’ve have mine changed 7 times now. Twice a year. This last time they changed the pump and the wash is able to drain now, but it’s not drying and everything is damp, even after 2, 2.5hr dry cycles. That’s why I’m here. It sucks bc I have to wait for them to come “diagnose” the issue, and then wait for the new pump to arrive, then have them come back to fix it. I have to take off of work when they come. I’m usually out of a washer/dryer for 3-4 months out of the year. I can’t wait to get out of this one bedroom apt so I can get a proper washer/dryer. My son peed the bed last night, so I washed all the sheets today and I pulled them out and they still smell like urine. Im at my breaking point with this thing. It’s not been working properly since October 9 and it’s Dec 23.

I have to replace the drain pump in mine about every 6-9 months. I keep 2 spares on hand and order another (about $40) as soon as I have to replace a bad one. I've become an expert at replacing the drain pump myself as the labor is what costs the most once out of warranty. It is a real pain to replace these as you have to disassemble the whole front of the washer. It takes about an hour once you get it all figured out.

When I have the water valves on, the bottom front hose drain constantly shoots out water. I turn the water off it stops. This video says I need to keep the water on to clean the lint trap. Currently troubleshooting why my cloths only come out damp after a dry cycle. Should the bottom hose drain be full enough for constant flow while in use?
