Hi Angel, My Samsung washer is not working and cannot be access to diagnostic mode what can I do? So let you know that after I put the delay button to get to 17 then press and hold the start button for 10 seconds and nothing going on…this is Samsung Aqua jet washer. Please and thank you ! Could you switch the thumbnails back to their original images and not have the text ones? It actually makes it harder and more confusing to try and navigate to find the needed video.
