I have a 2021 is350 and wondering if it’s the same. I mounted my RD below the rear view mirror like yours but haven’t tapped a power source from that area. To remove the bezel pull the small piece away from the windshield then slide upward?

I'm not familiar with the IS-350 but it should be very similar. My mirror had the Homelink Garage opener in it. BTW, your dealer might be able to offer you the information. In the past I have asked my dealer such questions. I would suggest that if you encounter resistance check for screws, older ES's had some, but I don't think you'll find them here

Can you power the radar from the front camera of a Toyota Corolla 2017 and it looks like that vehicle has a camera too ?

You should be able to steal power from any 12V line. I chose the mirror because it is ignition controlled and it is close to the mount for the RD. It is also a low current draw circuit. I have not yet wired a camera into the car, but I will and will probably use the same line -Are you referring to a camera you installed (I wasn't aware of Toyota installing front cameras on 2017s)? -The answer is maybe. Did you use an ignition controlled line? Some like their cameras powered all the time, RDs not so much. - Since most car cameras use 5v, they require a power adapter. You would have to tap the line on the fuse/harness side of the adapter where there is 12v.

@@kevinbolainez7595 Got it, and yes the RC-F has the lane assist. I assume power can be tapped anywhere, I would prefer not grabbing it from the safety systems, I don't know what type of feedback system they may be using
