Lexus F Performance Most Preferred Suspension Type | Coilovers vs Lowering Springs

I went through many different suspension setups and wanted to share with you all my thoughts. I had the opportunity to display nearly all of my past suspensions together to be able to share my thoughts about lowering springs and coilovers. Thanks for watching and enjoy.

For GSF which I don’t plan to track something the swift springs would be good

INVALUABLE INFORMATION! No matter what the platform, there is usually not many people that have ran that many setups. Giving a true personal perspective comparison is great for everyone else’s consideration.

🏆🏆 Appreciated this. I’m looking to swap out my springs for stiffer ones.

Would you rather have aftermarket coilovers over the lexus Adaptive Control System? I want more control but the, I'm not sure if it worth but after market

Consider if your going to track or daily your ride and consider road conditions. Some coil setups you will lose AVS.

i have an is250 2014 awd and looking to install coilovers… if the car stock is a divorced spring set up then do i have to install the coils the same way?? Or can i keep the rear coilovers true and one piece? Not understanding if that is a choice or not

I thought about using the Tein Flex Z on my 2015 GS350 F Sport, and upgrading the springs front and rear to 10/12 swift. Tein customer service told me the Tein spring rate can be upgraded +/- 2. I would like your thoughts on this idea. Thank you.

Are there any drawbacks or wear/tear on other parts by switching to a true rear coilover suspension when the car was designed with the divorced setup?

What coilovers would you get for a daily that you beat on the weekends? I'm having a tough time between figs with their BC coilovers and RR racing options (Penske and their 2 cheaper options).
