She was mad in that moment but now that she is taking counseling and meds to level her moods, she is going phenomenal! Never think you're alone! If nothing else, message me! Just heard this song for the 1st time today. I know I know a little behind. Awesome piece. I felt it while staining a deck in the hot sun and all I could think about was my crazy baby. We both nuts. Guess that's why we have made it longer than anyone we know. Our crazies equal each other out and can't stand being away from each other for long. Can't stand staying mad for long either. My advice to young couples out there. Always put the other one before yourself. Cherish them because you have something special that only you two can. No one else can experience your steps, so make them count. And forgive.

The music video hits me deep, I had a rough breakup this year, she had demons from past abuse and parental neglect, and I had demons from the death of my first partner of 8 years and lack of a father figure. We loved each other, I always showed it but I couldn’t say it, I couldn’t let go of my grief, wouldn’t allow myself to fully connect with her, she grew to hate me, I thought she was showing her true colours. I never realised I needed to let go of the past until it was too late. Her people hated me, my people wondered what her problem was, if we’d just communicated what we wanted and tried to work together like a couple, like I wanted us to, perhaps I’d be sleeping next to her right now, instead of still awake writing this…

Can’t believe I’m here again. I listened to this song months ago and thought it was beautiful. Then, my life began to go downhill. My Grandma died of cancer and a month later my Grandpa decided to commit suicide. Everything began to fall apart and as of now I can just hope that they are watching over me and became proud of who I am and what I accomplished. I am thinking of them every day to keep their memory alive. Now coming back to this song makes me think more than “wow this is such a nice song “ now I know what he means and the pain he feels. It gives me hope that things will be better again. Sorry for the rant, I just had to get this all of my chest. I wish everyone who isn’t feeling well the best and remember that those dark times won’t be forever you just have to pull through

I’m so sorry to here that. But my friend died when I was 6 of a rare disease idk what to do I was sad but my most recent is a lunch laddy at school that I got to know very well and I went to here house the last time talking about heaven and 2 weeks later died I’ve kept my feelings high and with the age I was at 14 I would have gotten made fun of so when I was told I had to hold my feeling in and when I got home I cried for 3 hours but I’ve tried to stay positive

Accent? James Arthur is from Middlesbrough, which is North East if England and Lewis is from Scotland...they’re hundreds of miles apart from each other and have very different accents 😂

This song really hits different. Met this girl who I became really good friends with. Eventually I developed strong feelings for her. I told her how I felt and asked her out and she said yes. I was so happy. We had been dating for a while and things could not have been going better. In a time where the last couple years have been really bad and very little has gone right, she was such a big bright spot. She made me happier than I have been in a long time. And she was genuinely happy with us as well. We had so much fun. Then all of a sudden I noticed something was off, and a couple days later she told me she couldn’t do it anymore. She said it was absolutely nothing with me, that I did everything to make her feel happy and loved, that she’s just going through a lot in her life and she just can’t be in a relationship with anyone right now. She was in tears when she told me, I know she was telling the truth and I know she never wanted to hurt me. She said she doesn’t want to lose our friendship, but it’s just not the same. Every day gets harder and longer. She meant the world to me. This song is almost word for word how I’ve been feeling and what I’ve been going through. I just really hope she heals, finds peace, and is happy. Because I know I’m struggling
