The only problem with this event is that it ends.

This is way better then going to classic on each expansion

Disagree. The mainreason why people loved pandaria for example were the classes and how they felt at that time and the legendary cloaks were also great. The systems, zones and raids were only the cherry on top. The remix might become a great feature but i can never be the true experience of MoP for example

@@Kenji-117 This isnt really about MoP specifically. It could have been any other expansion (would have been bad to choose one that has just been part of classic). It is about getting a (hopefully) returning game mode during the stale parts of an expansion (the last few months) where people can have fun. This is 100% better than Classic for me. Also the legendary cloak was trash. I have basically never liked when they introduced a legendary that was required or expected to get (didnt like the BfA cloak either).

it really feels diablo-y overall, having played a ton of diablo 3 over the years. the gem combining and unsocketing was the first thing that stood out to me as a diablo thing.

The option to spam LFR in leveling is pretty appealing.

This sounds kinda awesome. If it works I can see them adding a different Timerunning expansion at the end of every current expansion. Its a great way to encourage players to stick around without having to create any new content!!LOL

Or! Instead of timewalking pandaria-draenor-cata etc every now and then we could have timerunning! It would be far more interesting than going in the same dungeons over and over with nothing to gain. I say nothing to gain cause after a while in the expansion you do not need the normal piece of loot from a timewalking event. But you could always be happy to play so as to farm whatever it is you want to.

This may be the replacement for the usual pre expansion event alt leveling spam we usually get, so the actual pre expansion event might be something less grindy.

I never played MoP, I only returned for a bit during WoD, so I am excited to get through the stories that the expansion had to tell. But even without that, this event seems like a lot of fun! Even the farming aspect of getting the raid transmorg outfits for all classes!

I’m absolutely loving the game modes and just complete overhauls of how we play the game

MoP was the last expansion I played full time. So I have a really special memory about it and this whole remix thing sounds really fun. Already even received messages from some of my old guild buddies from back in the day to play this one together. Think its going to be a genuinely good time.

I'm glad they're taking inspiration from Season of Discovery with abilities on gems. I hope they do more things like that with swappable spells on live.

I remember recommending something very similar a few years back for new and returning players: Instead of a stupid island, just run into a bronze dragon that gives you you a run down of what happened, gives you a choice of which expansion you wanna level in, then off you go!

In my opinion this was a really fun experience and this is what I hoped sod was before it was released

Mists of Pandaria is the expansion I started with and is one of my favorites. This event alone has me more exited for wow in a long time. Loving that you can get all the transmogs without having to be that class.

I can see this being a new evergreen event whenever they have a large gap between expansions or patches. Like a new remix on the x.x.7 patches.

Been playing since 2007 and the only super rare mount I have is the Astral Cloud serpent. Now everyone can buy it, Maybe we will get a BC style event and they do the same for Ashes of Alar😅

If you have 60 level 70's and are afraid to delete any of them, you have bigger problems to worry about than WoW. Namely, not ending up on a future season of Hoarders.

I don't remember where I read this but I think it was a post on wowhead or the original blogpost or something, but it said that we were gonna get extra slots (it didn't say how many)

Everything your character from the event has (besides the unique gems and abilities) will carry over to live servers when it ends.

I mean we already have bags over 30 slots each. Even though I run out of bag space all the time, its one of those things where the problem is me, not a lack of capacity. Playing TBC classic made me realize this.

This is gonna be so much fun, im probably more hyped for this then for war within LOL!

The class gears you would get for completing the dungeons fast enough wont be in the shops?

Do the vendors that sell mounts- toys-gear show what you have already collected from your "standard-main" account or we will need to do rellogs so as to check it out?

I think it will have the same label on the tooltip, like the transmogs says "You have not collected this appearance"

​@@kaas323 I mean, even if WoD lacked content by comparison to other expansions, there's still more than enough of it to keep people busy during the event. Remember that this is a limited time thing, it won't be sticking around forever.

He said that when the event is ower your toons will be transfered to normal retail, your gear will probly be changed inn stats but thats it. Everything you collect with using bronze coins will be part of your collection. Transmogs, mounts and toys 😊

Question is can we use add-ons and mods?

i guess im going to have to play this. but i dont do alts and makes no sense to re-roll my main so I guess Ill have no choice but to do one. I just dont get why Blizz thinks putting resources towards re-issuing old stuff. Maybe because I played MoP when it was new.

I just wonder how toon naming works going from pandamonium to retail.

Now i'm hoping tehy give us some form of an endgame like mythic+ in pandaland, so we can kep playing and grinding that Bronze :)

2:41 How do you get this level of control over the minigun turret? It always just moves left and right for me, never up or down at all (let alone smoothly up and down like Kelani has it).

the alliance turret section is a bit more on rails, while the horde one you have full control. Ive never had an issue moving it around

So you can keep these time running characters but you can delete them once it’s done and still keep all the goods you collected?

Really like how this expansion is concentrating on Alts. Feels like since WoD, it's concentrated on getting a single toon to end game and creating fatigue for people who wants to play alts casually and still try to keep up.

it will probably be a test for more expansions being reused and letting you play what ever you want but all with the same char
