I think that too many people want quick results and are not willing to invest in improving the world for the next generation. Improvements come from understanding what is good for humans versus "just" the finances. We need to be good people.

I just worked through Rory's four questions with tears streaming down my face. I already knew God was calling, but now the mission is clear. Rory #1: "Who do you serve? (One word) - the more specific, the more terrific. Your why is often a who. You are most powerfully positioned to serve the person you once were. The fastest way to get clear on who you are is to say, what challenges have you conquered? What have you overcome? What setbacks have you survived? What tragedy have you triumphed over?" Me: Foster Kids Rory #2: "What problem do you solve? (One word)" Me: Separation Rory #3: "How do I solve that problem? (One sentence)-This is your message. What's the one thing you want people to do after reading your book or listening to you talk?" Me: "I educate people on the power of ADOPTION and inspire them to support (Protect, home, love, walk with, hear, see, value, celebrate, acknowledge, talk about, care for, rescue, and adopt) Foster Kids." Rory #4: "What ONE revenue stream matters above all others? - Where do you over-deliver? What's the one thing you do really, really well?" Me: Writing & Speaking [Blow their minds...utilize your craft as a spoken word poet/artist.] I can't thank you enough, Omar. God used your podcast to wake up my soul.
