It's always all about the sauce! I was just saying to a friend that the only difference between making food good vs. great - flavor, sauces, texture and prep! You do it all so peacefully - I appreciate that!

Thank you! to answer your question... I started eating plant meals once a week. The meals were saving me money, so I began to incorporate more of them a week. 2 times a week and after a while 3 times a week. Soon I started to realize I like the way I felt better after eating the plant meals than I did eating my other ones. Along with the added benefit that it was saving me money. Long story short, I had some point I found a bunch of plant meals that I was in love with and challenging myself for 30 days to just eat those meals. After the challenge was done, I felt a lot better so I kept going. 😊

The commentary adds alot bonus for knowing about Italian and all the tips. Looks like there’s alot of room to tweak the recipe too. Seems like a bomb and pretty foolproof dish. Not too expensive either. Always a pro.

I think that it just seems like a fancy meal and can be overpriced in a restaurant setting - I mean, it is just beautiful and you taste with your eyes first, right? Not sure he actually uses all the dishes when cooking for his family, but it makes for a much better presentation on a video. Also, it can actually make cooking a lot more enjoyable and easier if you have everything ready ahead of time and keep your cutting board clean as you go and for things like a stir-fry, it's kind of essential.

Sorry for the confusion. This meal isn't expensive at all. The point I was making was that in a restaurant the cost of this meal when I used to get it was that it was overpriced in comparison to what it cost to make it. As for the dishes, looks like a few folks were able to help, and they're spot on: My channel is geared towards helping extreme beginners to those folks who are more advanced home cooks. I've realized that watching ingredients being used one by one is easier to follow for beginners. This way you never really lose track where an ingredient went prior to making it into the cooking process. Advanced cooks tend to do this process as well. Its called "mise en place" is a French term for "in its place." It refers to gathering and setting up everything required to prepare a dish, or multiple dishes in large quantities, making sure each ingredient is ready to play its role before the actual cooking. 😊
