Water creates steam (cover with a lid), butter adds a nice sear and flavor, and the oil helps keep the butter from burning before they are done. I that crispy shell!!
❤ Nice how am i just learning this? Thank You very much 🙏
I love the dumpling prep. It's my favorite way too. What I dont get is the flour water...what does that add? Oh and your sauce is Fabulous! But what is that flour water about. Please enlighten me, I'm honestly curious..not critical.

Ohhhhhhhhhh❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ thank you. I am.excited to do some KPop dumplings shopping
I make my dumplings from scratch, my weed shop is by a Vietnamese market😅 and I will definitely upgrade my steaming process to include this mixture yesss❤😊
I was wondering wtf you were doing adding flour, but after seeing the end result it looks like the best part.
Ooh! I'm going to try that!
Thank you for the CRUNCH!!
I love these I make them all the time, so cheap and easy
You actually make this look simple and easy. Always a mess when I attempt this myself
That brand is my fav I also like putting them in the air fryer cuz I like that texture too
I steam/fry with water and oil then take lid off to let it crisp up. Turn heat off add in banchan sauce until it’s like a glaze then top with everything bagel seasoning. It’s great
I wish I would’ve seen this sooner but still glad coz this must be the best way to cook dumplings 🤤
The akatsuke apron is sick!
I've never eating dumplings, but this looks good!
Yessir 🤤 i made them this way the other day as a treat after moving all my stuff into my new apartment 😌
I like using Ponzu, sesame oil, chili oil and mirin for the dipping sauce. It has no chunks, but has a nice rounded light flavor.
I've had a similar dish in Nepal called fried momos, but the dipping sauce is a tomato/ peanut acchar..It's amazing!! Either way your version looks scrumptious..
I generally like steaming these. I haven’t tried them crispy. Let’s try this next time. Thank you ❤
I was so happy when i found these at my asian grocere store in NORWAY! They are so good
