Great explanation of the curve and cuts !

The covering is not really why someone buys the plate. What matters is what the plate is rated to stop and under what conditions.

More so showing the difference in coverings found on either plate, they both are rated the same

When you are looking into the upper ends and the intended application, the covering does matter. Working around water for example. It's also a reason why some companies offer polyurethane coated plates.

Multi curve for back and front? What do you guys recommend? Im 175lb and do have muscle. Thank you.

I personally use single curve swimmer cuts. Multicurve are a tad more comfy in my opinion, but single curves aren't atrocious to wear. If you wanted some more info and options on plates go give Nightfall Solutions a shout.

What model are LTCs?

I and looking for some. I'm new to this and just bought to 4401plates. I'm curious because they have the sticker on the inside but do not have this emblem on the outside. Do some of these plates come without that emblem?

from what i know, some of the hesco plates are made without the logo. they are still authentic tho

How are the coverings holding up? Any chance you wanna test the 4401? Cant find a single one anywhere

Multi curve is way more comfortable if you have Chest Muscularity.

I didn't have the multi curve option when I got these or I would have lmao, single curve has been holding up fine for me so far! No real noticeable loss in comfort

These are shooter cuts, swimmer cut is even deeper.

@@RedactedGear shooter’s cut is a broad term for plates with a shoulder cutout (as opposed to a full cut where it is basically a rectangle). Swimmer’s cut is a more extreme version of a shooter’s cut. It’s just that some companies market their swimmer’s cut as shooter’s cut.
