Grace’s healthy relationship with food gives me so much hope

The guy at the restaurant you called for dinner deserves a medal! 🏅They went above and beyond, what a gorgeous looking meal! I really hope you did follow up with an email or call thanking them. Restaurants have been doing it tough in Covid times. Not sure if I missed it but would be nice to give them a shout out so people nearby could give them some business, paying it forward and all that jazz!

When I was a server I get weirdly offended if people asked for my recommendation and then don’t order it 😂

I’m a server right now and that happens so often and it’s quite awkward 😂 so now I’ll say I recommend two, I’ll recommend something I actually love, and then recommend something they look like they’d want. Lol I think people mostly want validation in ordering what they already fancy at this point

90% of the joy I get from watching these videos is from seeing how happy Grace's Parents are to be involved with everything she is doing. Their relationship is so nice to watch. Also, this channel wouldn't be the same without your Dad, Grace. I guess that means you can never move out! 🤔😏😜😜😜😄

I used to work at Nando's and can confirm the 10/10 magic happens when you experiment with the menu. I would smash a pitta with hummus + peri drizzle with avocado and halloumi inside. Or a beanie wrap with coleslaw. When it was staff food you could literally hop behind the counter and chef up your own creation. Actually shoutout Nando's for those vibes because loads of highstreet restaurants are funny with staff food but they allowed it. big love x

This is actually a really good way to challenge anxiety - like literally this is something my therapist would tell me to do (lol). Look up Exposure Response Prevention. The key is to ask yourself what you think will happen and then go do the scary thing, helps your brain realize the worst case scenario isn’t always that bad and often isn’t what happens.

Peach citrus iced green tea is my go-to Starbucks order!!!! Biggest life hack is to ask for a wooden stirrer and give it a good stir before having it to get the syrup & tea properly mixed so that the sweetness, flavour & coldness is PERFECT - literally hits the spot on a warm day 😋
