No, these are Americans with healthcare money. Most of us eat like we have no money. Can't even buy too much healthy food because good food is expensive. I, for one, barely eat in a day.

Pay attention in all her videos. She never swallows. She jump cuts after chewing for a few seconds, every time. The only thing I've ever seen her actually swallow was a sip of a drink. So all I can figure is that she's spitting out EVERYTHING so she doesn't gain weight. It must be revolting being near her while she makes these videos.

Does the onion really cook that fast? Because puff pastry takes a second to cook but I've seen a lot of these videos where people add a ring of onion and it cooks at the same time.

Good observation. Yes I would pre saute the onion for about 2 minutes on each side then follow the recipe
