i tried it “spring roll style” without the toasting and istg it made it spicier bc of all the chewing i had to do bc of the rice paper 😭 couldn’t just slurp the spice down lol. maybe toasting it will be better!

So, there are delicious breakfast casseroles that your omelette reminds me of. It’s usually something like scrambled egg, bell pepps, cheese, pepperoni, ham, etc. Really good!
