Was not even in the long term relationship with this guy, but the emotional trauma and everything he gave me was miserable, I will heal this I will make the best version of myself. I forgive him and I forgive myself.

I never thought I could experience healing with online session but god now I've decided that I will do this again and again cause it feels like rebirth thank you so much not completely but surely I feel lighter
Had an easier time visualizing things than I expected. When I tried to see my reflection in the pond I saw a reflection of a wolf. That was trippy.
I had a long black lace veil that was blacker then black. Doubled in material. Took it off and it sank in the water so fast. The light was so bright. Thank you. Thank you!

I was kind of hesitant to try this But this turned out to be exactly what I was looking for! I’ve been struggling with feeling of shame for a long time now. This was so immersive and took me to another dimension! Thank you so much! I will be using this for 21 days and update :) 💕

@@AlminknowslThat was a year ago lol! Honestly? The next 6 months after the 21 days were the best in terms of my mental well-being. I was so focused on self care and making great friendships. It somehow helped my negative thinking loops as well. But now I’m back because I slipped and lost control again. In my opinion, this hypnosis is the best one that’s worked for me so far! I loved it from the start till the end ❤ much love

This one was motivated from watching documentaries on the residential school survivors here in Canada. So many of them spoke of how they did not talk about it because of shame. Parents never spoke to their kids about it because of shame. Felt like I needed to offer something :) Thanks for listening and writing :)

I felt the heap of human waste dissolve at the pond.
I have a problem with imagining things or actually visualise anything. If i do, i can’t keep my focus on it and get distracted super easily. Does anyone have tips?

I do hypnosis for Trauma and you really need to just get comfortable, don't try to imagine anything. Be guided, listen, get as relaxed as you can, breathing in for 4 saying calm and peace or mantras, breathe out, releasing anxiety, fears, shame guilt..for a few,, listening to her voice. Even if you see nothing, your subconscious mind is listening and it takes time and practice, meditation and other practices to see anything, especially if you're trying to. Let your mind go. It may be thinking of thoughts, just let them come and go. Don't try so hard to see. I haven't yet. Only on my second one, but my first was intense, at a retreat, 2 weeks ago. It's just like other modalities. It takes time. You need to be in a safe and comfortable place. Your bed is a great place. I get comfortable bf I listen to these. I hope this helps 🙏 💕

Hello Emilia, I had a hard time as well when I started this journey. The key is to not try. Just lay back, do your best to let go of expectations and just listen and let things come to you. If you catch yourself trying, then just stop, exhale and just listen. I want you to know that you do not need to be visual for this to work, just thinking about it is just as effective. Often when my clients approach it this way, they end up being visual. :)
