I think a good tip for girls that have that leader type energy, but still want a man to be the initiator; it's ok to make the first move and initiate the first interaction to let them know you're interested, but then after that - pull back and let the guy initiate conversations and actions from then on.

I used to go on a lot of dates when I was 28-29, trying to find my long time partner, and I also thought, at the beginning, that I should have an immediate spark or crazy chemistry with the guy in order to go on a second date. Funny thing happened: when I met my current husband and father of my child, I remember coming out of our first date thinking "he is nice, there might be something there, let's try again". No huge sparks, no immediate strong connection, but there was definitely interest there. So for everyone going through the dating phase, I hope my story gives you something to consider ☺❤

I also hate texting all day and I’m the worst texter, too!! Sometimes it takes me a week to get back to people and I’m like I completely forgot 😭 it’s much easier for me to be like let’s set a time to grab lunch or coffee and in between we don’t chat as much. It works for some people and not for others though.

i'll be 29 in july and when i was 23 i dated a guy that was 30. totally agree with the idea that older guys dating younger girls means they are a bit off LOL. he was the most emotionally immature person i have ever met to this day!! i'm a very upfront person with what i want/do not want in life and he was such a "yes man" and then dumped me after 6 months while throwing everything back in my face that he "agreed" with (for example i told him before we dated that i had no interest in having kids. told him ASAP because i thought as a 30-year-old he would be thinking about those things earlier than me. he completely agreed with me and then while breaking up with me he said i was "just young and would change my mind" eye roll lol) annnnnyway last i saw he was dating another girl around my age and all i can think about is the taylor swift lyric "i'll get older but your lovers stay my age" :')

I am married and out of the game, but I feel like what you're asking for in a man is not unreasonable. Also, it is creepy to me when men in their 30s date a 21 year old. You are an entrepreneur and a busy woman. You don't need someone complaining that you are working too much, etc. You need someone who is going to match your fly and have their own stuff going on.
