​@@8unnyloverbracken is an ambush predator, it sneaks behind people to kill them and tries to retreat when seen, if you stare at it for more than 4 seconds he gets "compromised" and rushes to kill you, it will follow one player around the base and switched targets when they leave or die.

What tops it off is that the bracken just busts through the door, and just stares at Smii7y. It doesn't even back up, just stands there... MENACINGLY.

I don’t know how they made a multiplayer game scarier then a singleplayer game, but I love it. This game is on phasmophobia level, actually it’s probably better.

Its because it manages to spread feelings of unease, dread, fear, etc to all players. When you're playing alone it can be very scary, but when the fear you feel in a multiplayer horror game is amplified by the panic of those around you, it makes the multiplayer far superior of done well enough (although it varies a lot depending on who youre playing with) Stellarcrow has an excellent video breaking it all down.

@@EpicEerie Plus it makes a lot of situations where you don't know what to do. Once you've got a single player game down that's kind of it. But with multiplayer, especially one with proximity chat like this, you don't necessarily know what has happened. Are they alive in there or dead? What killed them? Is it a lost cause? In single player there are concrete answers. Here, it's all fluid.

Bracken usually approaches sneakily and backs off if looked at. If you stare at him about 4-5 seconds he’ll enter a rage state and just kill you, so quick glances are key.

Me and my friends watch Smii7y and I can confirm that Smii7y is a confirmed Smii7y moment, especially in Lethal Company.

This game is just chaos in the best way. Everything is random, no instructions given just figure it out as you go......so glad a good game like this is getting so much love for all over

the brekken (the shadow snappy neck boy) stalks you when you arent looking, but if you look at him briefly he backs off and waits to come back at you. but if you stare him down as hes backing off, he gets angry and comes after you anyways. You just have to look at him for like 2 seconds and then move your line of sight so he isnt in it anymore and he'll keep backing away for a moment and chill before going back to stalking

Blarg being the one putting the most work in is insane

I think the only reason smi7y lived when the bracken cornered him at the entrance is because he only looked at it for a small bit, which actually has a chance to prevent it from attacking if I remember correctly

@@stjepanvrlja7940 Him and most of the other members of the Vanoss Crew's videos were one of the few things that kept me going throughout most of 2019, I quit watching them for most of 2018 because most of them, Tyler specifically would only play Fortnite and I personally hate that game which was one thing that set me back as an early teen. SMii7Y and someone else who I'm not going to bring up were the two KZreadrs that made me feel alive for most of 2019 and some parts of 2020 until I took a break from them and cut ties with one of them after learning a sad truth.
