Maybe in solo you keep your items when you get grabbed and then you could use a weapon to free yourself?

cool vid the only thing i would recommend is naming the chapters and description time stamps with the name of the mod so i can copy paste or see if i already know the mods in the vid thanks for telling me about lethalresonance

The moment i saw the thumbnail I immediately shouted "SHRIMP!"

The lethalresonance menu music change is also incredible. Also the scan sound has since been moved to a different version due to split playerbase

0:10 The SnatchinBracken mod sounds funny asf & creepy asf lol (it reminds me of the ghosts from Ghost Watchers tbh). This behaviour would be perfect for Lasso Man from the BrutalCompany mod imo.

Lasso man isn't from BrutalCompany. It's in the original game as an unused monster. BrutalCompany just has a random chance of spawning it.

@@matthewsteele99 yes it does! in the config you can change the chances of shrimp spawing on moons, its more customizable on vanilla moons, but you can still have him spawn on modded moons

Any plans on further optimizing this mod and/or allowing for generation size editing? The two biggest problems our group is running into with this mod are poor performance (seemingly random with major frame dips) and that there doesn’t seem to be a way to edit generation size in the config. It appears there is a set size the map will spawn at, so even if you get it to spawn on assurance/experimentation, it turns into a huge map with hardly any loot.

For some reason, after the recent 2 updates with the lethalreasonance mod, it got rid of the unique sounds and all I hear is the default LC sounds that came with vanilla. Am I the only one that has that problem?

I'll be honest, Bracken killing instantly is more scary as one minute your friend is there and next with a loud snap all that is left is their flashlight and other items along with a trail of blood.

Does the snatchingbraken mod work with the diversity mod?

For the snatchingbracken, everyone doesn't need to installed it, only the host, I know because I use it and my friends doesn't need to have it, just me.

seeing the bracken mod gave me an idea for a new enemy: the chef. Would be similar to something like this along with Dead by daylight where if he grabs you he'll put you on a meat hook in the kitchen of the library maps, and then you slowly watch him grab utenseils preparing to make you into a dish. Also what mod adds the elevator room at 1:19?

LC Office is such a cool map but the few times I got it I could barely find any scrap. I only found 1 scrap once. I guess maybe the map is too big and the scrap is too spread out so it's hard to find it. Is it just an issue on my end or is anyone else experiencing this too?

The elevator in the LC Offices mod is bugged for everyone except the host, how can I fix this?

I am also having this issue, I will let you know if I find a solution, from what it sounds like, it could just be broken and we might have to wait for a patch.

Does anyone know how to get LethalResonance to work. I put the mod folder into custom sounds and everything and even put the LCMaxSounds.dll into the plug-ins folder and the sounds from the mod don't appear in game. If someone can help me that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

If you use R2Modmanager you should just have to click install. If you are doing it manually then just put the LR folder in your plugins folder and ensure you have CustomSounds, LCSoundtools, and LCMaxSounds installed in your plugins folder as well

Yes, some ambience sounds are nice, but others sounds like creature ones are just trying too hard to be sci-fi horror, and scanner sound is awful

when you say server sided mod, what does that mean? i understand host and client sided.

usually it means everyone else needs to install it to work

LC_Office actually It has errors, bugs, fps drops with other mods. Try playing just that mod and it will probably work fine. It is in beta phase

Too bad the Resonance mod uses too many obnoxious random "scary musical cue's" that are way too loud for their own good, not letting you actually hear the dangers around the corner in the process. The "scary voices" ambience are overkill, way too common, and dangerously cheesy at haunted house ride levels. Wish they would make Menu/Ship sounds as a separate mod so i can keep that. What i liked about the mod? There was alot of Ui / Doors / Ship sounds i really liked, even the Company Music when you start a fresh save file, but everything that falls into the "scary stuff" category felt incredibly forced. PLEASE, if you can, make a separate mod for music , Ui/option/ship sounds , Scaaaary sfx/ambience, Nature/outside ambience, because you did very good in some of them.

Volume normalization is something we’re in the process of as well as we’re getting ready to remove those voice lines. Keep in mind the pack is as big as it is in a little over 2 weeks time. Most of what you mention should be fixed shortly, but I appreciate the feedback

Honestly not a fan of lethal resonance. The sounds are kinda cheap and don't really fit the game.
