This came at the exact time I needed it. Have been researching screen prints, especially the cost. I really like that you can apply the screen prints onto a variety of materials especially cotton. I've never been a huge fan of HTV due to durability after washing.

Another tip with the single color screen prints is you can foil over them for a really cool look!

This is something you don't want to do a it will make the adhesive on the print brittle and start to flake off. And weakens the adhesive.

I have used the DTF and it cracks after a few washings. Sublimation is still my favorite of all of them.

This was pretty cool. I have gotten into both sublimation and DTF. Definitely love the fabric flexibility of the fabrics. The printer maintenance is pretty intense, though.

Such a great video! I'm wanting to print a design out for my son but have never done it before, so I'm glad I found this video! So were the DTF designs shipped to you directly, or did they send you a file to download and print yourself? I have some of those Avery Light Colored Shirt Transfer Paper for InkJet printers and didn't know if those were files or shipped directly to you since you didn't have the design mirrored for the light shirt...

You can also purchase HTV transfers. Or make your own by using a printable HTV.

Thank you for this video it’s awesome! I had 2 questions if your willing to answer. How do you prevent the tape from pulling up on fabrics and leaving the fabric with noticeable marks? Typically on my thin polyester shirts. Also do you know what RTP transfers are? They are more difficult to peel than screen print but seem to be more embedded in the ink, I was just curious if you’ve dealt with them. Thx!

You can sublimate on white glitter HTV and then iron that on a cotton shirt. Everything you make will be glittery, but it opens up other shirt options other than polyester

How can I tell if I have a high or low heat screen print transfer? I’ve had a solid white design like a flag (all white) and then a navy blue design. The navy blue I could never get to come off like a normal design. I ruined two shirts and have tried different temps and times. Please help!! I love watching your channel for the best advice. TIA!

Thanks so much! If you have an EIN number there are a list of vendors on the Gildan and jerzees website where you can usually find some. Another option is places like jiffy and shirtspace.

@@heatherkilgore69 also check out the Bella and canvas shirts. Theyre not 100% poly but work so so well and are so soft and cozy! Plus, if you want to use differnet colors of shirts, you can bleach the shirt, like just bleach the background area where you're going to sublimate. Makes the shirt look awesome and lightens the area for sublimation. The bleached shirts are super in right now.
