I just purchased one of your systems and would like to know the part number of the SWR meter that I should be using to tune my shadow antenna ?

Our antennas are tuned from the factory and are not like most old antennas where you cut them to tune them. Ours have a resistor that does that and can't be tuned beyond what we program. If you are programming other frequencies outside our programming you will likely need to buy a different antenna. Hope this helps.

Does that have to go to chassis ground only? Or would it work to go to the radio ground? I ask because the chassis on sxs are very noisy ground wise. I have had to double wire every accessory in my buggy to keep that bad grounding chassis out of the equation.

Typically the antenna ground goes to the chassis but like you said some chassis create more noise like I show on the Honda Talon install video. So it should be tested both ways. To do the test before you connect the ground wire (make sure the antenna is installed) get a base line by pressing the PTT and see what the bottom of the radio screen says without the headsets attached. There should be a bar at the bottom with a "P" on the left and a number on the right. We want to target this number to be 15 or less. Then attach the ground wire and touch the chassis and see if that helps or hurts the number. If it helps leave it there if it hurts then try the electric ground if it still hurts the number leave the ground wire off.
